NELCO has supplied me with valuable input into the cost of design and building cancer facilities during my due diligence process as Administrative Director of Radiation Oncology at the Florida Hospital Cancer Institute, a multiple facility Cancer program. NELCO also has furnished and installed several radiation shielding products for our gamma knife treatment room and unique solutions for source changes. They have sliding doors for linear accelerator vaults that reduce the size of the vaults and also reduce radiation therapist steps. Equally as important, NELCO assisted us with a maintenance program for existing radiation shielding doors for company's no longer in business. This was a very important issue because a broken door means that you can not treat your patients which results in lost revenue. I have recommended NELCO as a design builder to my sister hospitals within the Adventist hospital umbrella and will continue to use and recommend NELCO for a variety of services and products in my new position as Vice President of Operations at Hinsdale Hospital; Hinsdale, Illinois.
